# Public Beta

> What it means that Otherspace is in Public Beta, and where to go if something goes wrong.

Otherspace is in **Public Beta**. Anyone can create an account and start straight away (see [Accounts](/account/accounts/)).

## What it means

- **It's still being built.** We're actively developing Otherspace and release changes often. Each change is in the [release notes](/releases/).
- **Features may change.** What's described in these docs can change, and so can the AI models on offer (see [Models](/models/)). These docs describe what Otherspace does now.
- **Interruptions are possible.** Occasionally, part of Otherspace may be slow or unavailable for a while.
- **Paid plans are real.** Starter, Pro, Studio and additional usage are billed normally, through Stripe, and the [Subscription & Usage Terms](https://otherspace.ai/subscription-terms) apply. See [Plans](/account/plans/) and [Usage](/account/usage/).
- **The usual terms apply.** Using Otherspace in Public Beta is covered by the [Terms of Service](https://otherspace.ai/terms), the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://otherspace.ai/acceptable-use) and the [AI Policy](https://otherspace.ai/ai-policy). The [Privacy Notice](https://otherspace.ai/privacy) says how your data is handled.

You can see the label **Public Beta** at the foot of the account menu: select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, or your picture at the top right of an open Canvas.
